Compensation Audits are on the Rise: What Employers Need to Know

The Department of Labor is increasing its enforcement of the Equal Pay Act and employers should expect an increased number of audits.  Allison Goico and Corey Asay of our Labor and Employment department will get you up to speed on Equal Pay and explain what to expect going forward.
