Biography

Jasmine is a general civil litigator whose practice focuses on tort law. She works closely with clients to effectively develop and implement strategic plans for maximum case success and settlement likelihood. Her experience includes analyzing and advising claim liabilities, in depth review and analysis of legal research, and drafting pleadings, summary judgement, motions, briefs, and appeals.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Jasmine worked at a small sized Kentucky based civil litigation firm for several years.  As a law student, Jasmine received her limited license to practice law in an externship with the Louisville Legal Aid Society, representing low-income victims of domestic violence in interpersonal protection hearings and assisting individuals in domestic matters.
