Bryan Murray Joins Dinsmore’s Pittsburgh Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has added Bryan P. Murray as an associate to the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Murray will practice out of the healthcare practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Murray was legal counsel for Coordinated Care Network Pharmacy, where he provided legal counsel to officers and senior management on specialty and 340B pharmacy operations, with particular emphasis on provider network entry and reimbursement and regulatory compliance. Murray was also responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with state and federal laws to maintain licensure, accreditation and network status.

He received his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a certificate in health law. He received his B.S. in political science and a minor in campaign management/local government from the University of Utah. While in law school, Murray was a contributor for the Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law. Murray is a member of the American Health Lawyers’ Association, National Association of Specialty Pharmacy and 340B Health which represents over 1000 public and private nonprofit hospitals and health systems that participate in the 340B drug pricing program.
