Biography
Vincent focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private placement offerings and other strategic transactions. In addition, he provides advice in the areas of banking, federal securities law compliance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate governance matters. He has worked with a wide range of clients that include start-ups, non-profit organizations, public companies and private equity funds.
He also focuses his practice on the representation of institutional investors in their fund investments in different strategies including venture capital and real estate. In this space, Vincent has represented a wide variety of institutional investors including public retirement systems, national banks, corporate pension plans, college and university endowments, health systems, REIT’s, registered investment advisers, and family offices.
Prior to and while attending law school, Vincent spent seven years working at a national bank where his roles included underwriting loans for start-up companies, managing a lending team, and leading digital efforts.
