Matthew C. Wasserman

Biography

Matthew focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. His experience includes litigation in multiple jurisdictions throughout the country for clients including a national military housing company, an international marketing company, a national health care third-party administrator, real estate developers, small businesses, and individuals. Matthew often acts as outside general counsel for his clients, regularly partnering with other lawyers in the firm to handle various legal issues including employment and corporate counseling, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, trusts and estates, property and income taxes, financial consulting, and reorganization. Matthew provides clients with targeted representation specific to their needs that accounts for their business and financial objectives.
